Upgrading to a smart or AMR meter can help you take control of your business energy. This new generation of meters offer many benefits, including automated meter reads and an end to estimated bills.

You can also send us your meter reading through our webchat service (available during business hours, Monday to Friday), by logging into your online account or by emailing us at [email protected] (please include your MPAN/MPR and account number). 

Meter reads can be submitted at any time, but for accurate billing please submit gas/electricity readings between the 24th to the last day of each month.
