Electricity network charges are changing

Ofgem, the energy regulator, is introducing changes to the way Residual Charges (part of network charges) are collected. This change is designed to make revenue collection fairer for all electricity customers.

Once implemented, your supplier will get a new fixed daily charge and a reduction in the pence per kilowatt hour charge. What you see on your bill will depend on your contract terms.

These changes will happen in stages, with a final implementation date of April 2022.

Great company

Having been with this company since starting our business four years ago, we have to say that in terms of both competitive rates and customer service they are second to none. Any queries or requests are dealt with immediately, in fact having spoken to the Newcastle office today, we have signed another two year contract for dual utilities. Absolutely 100% satisfied.
