Working closely with our carefully selected business partners, we provide an experienced team of managers, engineers, designers and coordinators to deliver all aspects of your project.

We provide an end-to-end package that delivers efficient, safe, reliable and cost-effective solutions across all industry sectors - anywhere in Great Britain. We offer site visits, contract liaison and project meetings with you and your representatives, and where required, we can provide a comprehensive design and planning service for bespoke gas installations.

Time can be a critical factor for many projects, and often there are financial constraints to work within. We have built a reputation for completing works on budget and on time. Our people are trained to the highest standards and, as you would expect, all our work complies with relevant UK and European standards and regulations.

For small to medium sized projects we can often get a meter installed in 10 days. Larger or more complex projects will take a little longer.

Getting started

Infrastructure Works & Meter Installations

No two jobs are the same, and careful planning is particularly important in the early days. Completing our Technical Services Request in full, and returning it together with any relevant site plans, will help us to get your project underway. Because of the nature of gas works this is quite a complex document, but it's important that it's completed in full and returned without delay. If you need any help to do this please call one of our coordinators direct on 01737 859499, and they will answer your questions.

When your completed request form has been received, one of our agents will call to let you know the contact details of your dedicated project coordinator, together with your project's unique reference number.

Most quotations for meter works are issued within a maximum of 10 days, but infrastructure works are more complex and will take a little longer. Typically quotations for infrastructure works <275kWh with a non standard meter are issued within 20 days. Your coordinator will let you know the timescales for your works and keep you updated on progress.

Upon receipt of your signed acceptance and payment, we will agree a scheduled date for the physical works to start. The nature and complexity of the works will drive this date, together with factors such as traffic sensitivity for any works in the road, meter availability, any mains reinforcement works that may be needed, etc. We will also confirm any actions your site needs to undertake to make sure the works proceed smoothly and on time.
